UPDATE My, how the mighty have fallen

As some of you may know the Redbird's All-Star 3rd Baseman Matt Carpenter is in the DL for an oblique injury. So, Marp's replacement is Rookie infielder Aledmys Díaz  who through 77 games, has had 279 ABs, scored 54 runs,  has 89 hits, 12 HRs and 3 SB  with a .319 BA . Though he has 15 errors!  Congrats my good man!

  1. Carpenter as Jesus is a bit disturbing.

  2. I have to go with Tony L here, I love Marp, but Jesus Marp is probably too far. It's also good to see Aledmys on the All-Star team. Should not have taken an injury to make it happen....

    1. He is perhaps the most exciting Redbird to watch right now, but you are correct shouldn't have taken an injury-will be interesting to see where his the ROY voting
